Terms & Conditions
Booking Confirmation is subject to receipt of full advance amount from the guest/their representative travel agent or tour operator at our Office only, all reservations requests will be tentative, unless accompanied by advance payment so as to make secure reservation.
Due to limited accommodation, a deposit of 100% is required to secure confirmed bookings.
The hotels reserve the right to release / shift or refuse to entertain the bookings done without advance deposit.
In case there is an increase in room requirement, same will be subject to availability.
All the Rates mentioned are valid for Indian Nationals Only. Tariff for Foreign Nationals/NRIS are on request.
No refund will be made for unused accommodation, missed meals or any other service, such unused items are neither refunded nor exchangeable.
Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon the availability at the time of check-in in the category of the room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
Stay will be extended (subject to availability) on pro-rata bases.
The room rates does not include charges for optional services and facilities ( such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged directly from the guest at the time of checkout by the hotel.
For advance booking, names, ages and gender of all passengers are required. As well as a photo ID Card number of any ONE member.
No claims whatsoever shall be entertained in case of any cancellation/strike/non-availability of the permit / unforeseen climatic conditions/ natural hazards.
Child below 5 years can stay complimentary (EP basis) in parent’s room without extra bed.
Child (6 to 10 yrs of age) will be charged as per the declared tariff of the particular year, with or without extra bed.
Check Out Timing- 1200 Hrs; Check In Timing- 1300 Hrs. If arrival time is not mentioned, the reservations will be released at 1800 Hrs.
Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Charges are based on how many days before your booked arrival time RATURI STATE HOTEL receives your cancellation notice. These charges are a percentageof the total of your booked package cost.
- When Cancellation is madeCharges Prior to 60 days or more 40% of total package cost.
- Between 60-50 days 50% of total package cost.
- Between 50-30 days 75% of total package cost.
- 10 days to date 100% of total package cost.
- In case of no show 100% of total package cost.
However, during the peak season, the cancellation policy will be based on as per actual.
The Applicable Tariff, packages are subject to change without prior intimation.
Taxes are applicable as per Government notification.
In case of non-availability of the rooms at our hotels for reasons, The Hotel would be arranging alternative/ similar accommodation.
Confirmation is subject to force majeure clause.
Liabilities & Limitations:
- Alcohol Restriction: Alcohol is not served at the hotel and consumption is forbidden in the hotel premises.
- Guests are requested to follow the instructions kept in the rooms.
- Pets are not permited.
- We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, natural hazards, accident, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, weather, sickness, political closures or any unexpected incidents or any other causes beyond our control.
